YMFL – Milon & PARTNERS law practice was established by Yves Milon in 1978, and is now a team of seven lawyers, of which three partners and four associates, as well as 3 staff members.

Our practice evolved into a limited liability partnership (SELARL) in 2005.

Since our establishment in 1978, our activity has developed alongside a clientele composed of major and medium sized companies, associations, social cooperatives and local authorities/government.

Knowledge and comprehension of our clients’ aims and requirements, added to experience acquired throughout the years, enabled us to implement a global approach into considering our clients’ concerns and difficulties in both legal advice as well as in litigation matters, and integrating economical constraints to rigorous legal regulations inherent to each matter.

This practical and methodical approach enabled us to respond to highly demanding legal safety that is required, and to offer solutions allowing us to meet the goals.

Providing performing and demanding assistance to our clientele requires a methodology combining rigor and creativity, availability and responsiveness oriented towards the satisfying balance between cost and issue.

Our office benefits from inside partnerships (notary public, tax lawyers, IP lawyers) with whom we developed a perfectly transparent and appreciated collaboration. We also have recourse to foreign correspondents in many countries.

These dynamic processes combined with the means put in place have generated a yearly economical growth of more than 15% over the last three years.
